Assisi has to offer. Just a short walk to the Basilica of St Francis, it allowed for easy sightseeing.

Outstanding food for all meals. The rooms with a view. Marvellous, magnificent location to a great restaurant...

Properzio hotel is rates as 2 star but you will find so incredible good two star, very clean and the owner is so friendly and accommodating as well as the staff... easy to locate and it's a good point for the travelers because the location is very near to San Francesco Cathedral and bus terminals. When you stay at the hotel, you feel like a home. What can you ask for? Thumbs up!

Excellent location, helpful proprietor, clean rooms

The owner couldn't do enough for us, she found out train times etc for us and helped to make the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection each morning and homemade tarts - lovely. The hotel is ideally placed for getting around Assisi and the railway station is a short (€1.00) ride away from the bus station.

Location and staff were excellent. Room was clean and very accessible

Only possibly negative commemt would be to have breaksfast at an earlier hour. We are early risers and like to eat and be moving by at least 8 AM.. This wolud not prohibit us from stayine at the hotel again.

Location is perfect for exploring local attractions. The breakfast was satisfying with a nice variety. The ability to watch the lively street scene from my window was an added bonus!

The rooms were exceptionally nice with a view, you feel like home. The location was central, near to the Church of St Francis as well as Basilica di San Francesco. It also was very close to the cathedral.

The hospitality and service of the Staff that makes you feel at home. The breakfast included was complete and offered variety.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the Basilica, made exploring Assisi enjoyable. The breakfast was a real treat, with a great variety of fresh options, including lovely pastries.

We loved Roby the owner, she was warm and friendly.

Being a culinary explorer, the breakfast here was a good wake-up call! The aroma of freshly baked croissants filled the air, and the variety was just epic. Plus, the staff were helpful.

The hotel is located only 100 m away from Saint Francis Basilica, and the place at night is just amazing. A very good breakfast is served, and Roberta is a wonderful host, ready to help you with anything you may need.

The owner of the hotel was so accommodating. My husband was not feeling very well and she assisted us in many ways. She was friendly and pleasant and the food provided was good and provided with graciousness. As I sat knitting a pot of tea was offered with a large selection of teas. When it was necessary for us to say a second night and there was not an available room she found us one and even offered to transport our luggage there. We could not have been happier with the service there and in the pension she suggested. The accommodation was as nice as the next 4 star resort we stayed in and the service superior.
